I build Demand & Supply Planning into a dependable operating backbone for how a business runs. My experience spans established corporate environments, growing organisations, system transformations, and more hands-on, resource-constrained setups. Across these contexts, I’ve learned that planning maturity is not about applying a single model, but about understanding where an organisation is - and building from there. I started in structured planning frameworks, then moved into building and expanding planning functions, supporting broader S&OP topics, and working closely with systems and data through large transformation initiatives. Along the way, stepping outside corporate structures shaped how I think about simplicity, execution, and shared responsibility. In recent years, my focus has been on stabilising and developing planning setups under real operational pressure - clarifying ownership, establishing cycles, and improving ways of working through direct involvement, as meaningful improvement comes from understanding the work and how people operate within it. I pay close attention to the environment in which planning work happens - creating clarity, safety, and shared responsibility so people can focus, develop, and take ownership without friction. I value professionalism, humility, and practical progress. Planning, to me, is never finished - it improves through iteration, trust, and people taking responsibility together.
