- Leading, coaching and supporting a team of multidisciplinary engineers in the R&D department- stimulating personal growth and increasing department knowledge and expertise. - Manage department resources- including personnel, equipment, and budget- to ensure successful NPI delivery and efficient technical support for products in market - Work closely with product and project management, marketing, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment of projects and programs with business strategy - Support and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards - Develop and maintain department processes to drive continuous improvement in product quality and performance

- Developing, testing and validating new solutions for 3D printing industry. - Translating project/product requirements into a technical scope and setting a work frame and schedules for the team. - Maintaining design specifications, timeline and cost target. Identifying and mitigating risks, reporting progress to relevant stakeholders. - Support of product industrialization and build.
- Design and build of automated test and measurement machines with focus on precision mechanics - Coordination of mechanical design and assistance with the integration of hardware and software - Share and communicate development with a project team and a customer - Implement calibration and validation procedures, support assembly and testing
- Responsible for mechanical design of customized solutions in the field of high-tech, industrial and medical systems - Analyze and properly address project requirements to ensure solutions are implemented accurately and in a budget - Conceptualize, design, investigate and detail engineering to customer quality requirements - Supporting manufacture, build and validation of systems

- Designing new solutions for Low Voltage Systems in accordance with IEC standards - Creating 2D & 3D technical documentation using Creo Elements/Direct Modeling - Optimization of manufacturability and assemblability with the use of DFx methodologies - Improving quality of the design with tools like DFSS - Prototype and certification testing - creating test setups and accompany of laboratory tests - Control the release of parts and assemblies for production in cooperation with the production facility
