Strategic partnership with Commercial functions via legal and deal reviews, marketing activities efficiency evaluation and optimising channel/hybrid business model management with C suites and management teams. Achieved efficient processes in evaluating business performance and management via Global Customer Profitability and Travel Smart projects, pioneered Tableau visualization tool in APAC region, established platforms and streamlined processes in AOP budgetting, inventory analysis, cost containment initiatives and predictive analytics for costing.
Lead and support forecasting and budgeting activities, e.g. Weekly and quarterly profitability forecasting, Pipeline and Financial KPIs review and management, Investment and Divestment business case, Market Evaluation, Ops Review, Town Hall. P&L and Balance Sheet accountability for Asia region, inclusive of APAC commercial and plant entities. Participate in Kaizen events and lead monthly RCCMs to bring about profitable improvements.
