HK International Airport 3RS Project - Contract No. 3201 Deep Cement Mixing Works (Package A) Contract Sum: HK$3.687M The Works shall be carried out in compliance with the Buildings Ordinance of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region and comprise ground improvement of the designated areas of seabed north of the Airport using Deep Cement Mixing (DCM) method, including without limitation the following: (a) Geophysical surveys; (b) Supply and placing of geotextile and sand blanket under seawalls; (c) Supply, maintenance, installation and removal of silt curtain systems; (d) Preliminary construction trials; (e) Supply and installation of DCM clusters within the works areas; (f) Coring, sampling and testing of DCM treated soils and reporting works; (g) Associated environmental monitoring and protection measures; (h) Marine mammal monitoring and dolphin watching; (i) Cone penetration tests and reports (subject to excision); (j) All other works shown on the Employer’s Drawings or described in the Specification as part of the Works; and (k) All associated Temporary Works.
MTR Express Rail Link Contract No. 825 - Mai Po to Ngau Tam Mei Tunnels Contract Sum: HK$1,683M The northbound and southbound tunnels from Mai Po Ventilation Building (VB1) to the Ngau Tam Mei Ventilation Building (VB2). A TBM launch shaft at VB1. Cross-passages between the two tunnels. The Mai Po Ventilation Building and associated ventilation shaft, including ABWF Works. Site formation and external works including access roads, landscaping and utility services at the Mai Po Ventilation Building.
Contract DC/2007/16 – Design and Construction of Lai Chi Kok Transfer Scheme (Contract Sum: HK$1,300M) The works comprise design, construct and commission a branch tunnel; the branch-tunnel portal, including the permanent slope protective works at the former Wai Man Tsuen; the main tunnel from Shaft M1 to the Shaft M2; six intake structures, including manholes, surface drains, screen chamber and approach channels; six vertical drop-shafts, ventilation columns and stilling basin chambers connecting to adits; five drainage adits connecting to the branch tunnel; the outfall structure on the seafront near Hing Wah Street West.
Conversion of The Atrium Services Apartments to Atrium Hotel at Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong (Contract Sum: HK$530M) The Works are for the conversion of LG1, L4, L6, L37 to L49 and roof of the Atrium Services Apartments to Atrium Hotel
Cyberport Residential Development at Telegraph Bay, Contract R5 & R4b (Contract Sum: R5 - HK$1,314M; R4b – HK$387.6M) Construction of 8 towers of 28 to 41 storeys including refuge floors and skygarden residential flats and 4-storey podium underneath for Contract R5 (with associated external works and landscaping). Construction of 29 nos. of 4-storey houses and 5 nos. of swimming pool for Contract R4b.
Hong Kong – Shenzhen Western Corridor (Contract Sum: HK$2,290M) Construction of a 3.5-kilometre dual three-lane carriageway spanning across Deep Bay from Ngau Hom Shek in the North West part of the New Territories of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) to the HKSAR's boundary of the HK-SWC. KCRC – East Rail Extensions (East TST Station) (Contract Sum: HK$1,561M) The project comprises the construction of a new station, a section of running tunnel, overrun tunnel and two pedestrian subways. In addition, it also includes the construction of the Salisbury Road Underpass and associated road improvement works entrusted by Highways Department to KCRC in conjunction with the railway project. MTRC C612 – Tseung Kwan O Extension (Contract Sum: HK$750M) It comprises the excavation for two 600m bored tunnels, 400m long cut & cover tunnels, 550m retaining wall, New Yau Tong Road, bridge deck for future podium, one ventilation building at Cha Kwo Ling Road, one power infeed station at Quarry Bay, connection between the existing MTR tunnels and proposed railway tunnels. CED – Tseung Kwan O Area 137 Reclaimation (Contract Sum: HK$700M) This contract involves major marine works and reclamation. Construction of 330m long vertical seawall, pitched slope seawall, drainage work, roadworks and box culvert.
