The thing I find most interesting about AI: it helps with what I don't know I don't know. That's the part nobody talks about and it's the only part that's changed how I think about almost everything. I'm building Penra (penra.app) around this idea: a writing companion that puts your ideas into your own words, exactly as you think them. Previously, I worked across cloud, startups, go-to-market, and operations, helping businesses adopt new technology and turn ideas into practical outcomes.

▪ Sole in-country owner of Amazon Locker operations in Australia, ran end-to-end ops in coordination with global teams across the US, Japan, Europe, and Mexico, holding service reliability while delivering OPEX reductions.
▪ First hire in HK/TW for the AWS startup segment, grew the practice 7.5x to 1,500+ startup customers over six years, distributing $12M+ in cloud credits across 200+ technical sessions, with a VC / accelerator / university partner network feeding early-stage pipeline.
▪ Quota-carrying enterprise sales for Oracle's training and certification portfolio in HK, ranking #2 in APAC (FY15) by sourcing and closing a major university-wide engagement.
