Continous learning and self development in the 1st half of 2024. During this period, I’ve developed my leadership skills and competencies in several areas. These covered the areas of finance, business consulting, sustainabilty, coaching, lean and agile courses, and I also completed a scrum master training. Yes,it was a lot of work 💪, but this period of my carrier was dedicated to learning and gaining new skills.
