Royce Hall ushers undertake a variety of roles including but not limited to door attendant, ticket scanner, seater in-house, wheelchair assistant, coat check attendant and more. In general, the unifying skillset that benefits all team members the most is awareness (regarding the show details & patron movement) and tact (regarding communication with patrons).
