Develop and administer homeownership and home repair programs. Gather and analyze applicant information, review credit histories, determine eligibility for programs and mortgage loan readiness. Provide counseling and support to clients. Serve as agency liaison to the community. Chair the Family Selection Committee. Perform all bookkeeping/accounting functions; prepare financial reports; coordinate annual financial review.
