Genel Energy is the largest holder of reserves and resources in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, where we have been operating for over a decade, and one of the largest independent oil producers on the London Stock Exchange. Retained on a short term contract to create a group wide Resourcing Framework for rapidly expanding operations in the region. Some of my key deliverables: establishing a PSL (Tender) for general recruitment activities in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, integrated and adopted a new technology and system to simplify a talent offering across the teams in all regions (Turkey, Kurdistan region of Iraq and the UK), developed of the shelf onboarding strategy.
