The Product Porfolio Manager is responsible for driving the health and growth of the EVG boat brands by guiding and influencing product planning, marketing, business case development, product line management, and new product development related to the product category. This role involves acting as a liaison between key stakeholders, managing the product category as a business, and ensuring market competitiveness. The Product Manager also guides cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives to enhance product line efficiency, market expansion and financial contributions. Key responsibilities: o Lead the development effort to bring new products, for the four boat brands of the business unit (Bayliner, Navan, Quicksilver, Uttern), from concept through commercialization - Full lifecycle management. o Actively lead program teams from idea conception through product launch. Acquire product information through market research and regional input to assure projects meet the needs of the intended markets. o Build a solid product lifecycle roadmap helping the decision process in regard to product portfolio management. o Champion the brand through a comprehensive understanding of customer and end-user needs and product positioning relative to the competition. o Follow market and product trends across EMEA – retail/wholesales/pipeline per product per market. o Define yearly products pricing (B2B and suggested B2C across seven different currencies for complete portfolio of products) in ensuring meeting profitability expectations. o Manage and organize yearly EMEA media events. o Manage and organize EVG photoshoots (pre-production/production/post-production). o Monitor events, advertising and photoshoots budget spending. o Coordinate and manage main press launches and press releasing across EMEA.

Acquires product information through market research and regional input to assure projects meet the needs of the intended markets. o Champions the brand through a comprehensive understanding of customer and end-user needs and product positioning relative to the competition. o Follow market and product trends across EMEA – retail/wholesales/pipeline per product per market. o Define yearly products pricing (B2B and suggested B2C across seven different currencies for complete portfolio of products) in ensuring meeting profitability expectations. o Monitors literature, central events and boat shows budget spending. o Define in collaboration with SMT team a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan. o Manage and organize yearly EMEA events (dealer meetings/boat shows/photo shoots). o Coordinates and manages main press launches and press releasing across EMEA. o Manage and coach the Marketing department. The EU Venture Group covers all regions across the world except North America.
Responsible for the whole Bayliner®, Quicksilver® and Uttern® Product Management as well as overall EMEA Demand Planning activities, including Statistical Forecasts, Sales and Marketing Market Intelligence, Customer Collaboration, Financial Plans, Pricing, SIOP process and New Product Development. Manage and coach the Customer Service department in EMEA.
Supervise the German, Swiss and OEM Accounts Receivable portfolios. o Review credit files on a yearly basis and approve up to 100K$. o Negotiate and collect payments on past due bills. o Ensure daily credit approval related to orders on hold. o Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations. o Visit key dealers and produce visit reports. o Ensure daily administration of Purchase Receivable and Floor Plan programs.
o P&L close and balance sheet reconciliation. o Preparation of monthly and quarterly investment reports. o Liaise between both operation and trading departments in order to understand and anticipate financial risks. o Discuss and negotiate payment collection with MEA customers.
Supervise the International Accounts Receivable portfolio. o Establish/Maintain appropriate credit lines for new and existing customers. o Responsible for customer financial order approval/releases. o Pro-actif contact of customers to ensure prompt collection. o Resolve disputes/issues in coordination with CS and Sales department. o Responsible for coordination of pre and post bankruptcy/receivership recoveries.
o Produce reports of the database such as gross margin by countries, areas and sales operating areas. o Maintain and ensure accuracy of monthly finance reports on Access. o Maintain and ensure the development of the BCISA databases on Access. o Supervise the International Accounts Receivable. o Create and analyze customers accounts for BCISA and Swiss Domestic. o Ensure that bank guarantees are renewed.
