Close collaboration with R&D to identify areas of opportunities to establish long term agreements capturing benefits for JnJ margin improvement. - Coordination of supplier market engagement for sub-categories globally managed. - Onboarding of several key categories from regional to global negotiation leveraging business synergies. - Co-lead of innovation program with R&D and one strategic surfactant supplier to leverage homecare technology into agrochemical market. - Daily and tactical portfolio management involvement, crisis management, quarterly renegotiations and performances reporting to finance
- Lead of procurement integration for a Syngenta new business acquisition (bio fermentation fungicide). - Management of business relationship with competitors in “under patent” molecules trade-off. - Ensure long term metal commodity supply at right price through hedging policy while capturing short term market opportunities. - Daily and tactical portfolio management involvement, crisis management, quarterly renegotiations and performances reporting to finance.
