At the intersection of strategy, risk, and resilience - that's where I operate. My work is about making sure leadership teams at high-growth companies don't just understand their risks, but make decisions through them. ERM embedded in strategy, operations, and board-level governance. In the past year at Careem, I designed 10+ risk appetite statements, led an enterprise-wide BCP & BIA program identifying single points of failure across the business, and delivered executive risk reporting that put structured, decision-ready insights in front of the ERMC and board. Before that, at Shan Foods and K-Electric, I built risk frameworks from the ground up - covering 600+ risks across Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, and Production, and driving a 50% reduction in major risks within K-Electric's Distribution sector.
