- Systematically designs orchestrate and participates in strategic technology initiatives that align with the Company’s broader business goals. - Technical authority on Network, Infrastructure, and Network-Security solutions and compose SOWs for Company’s valued clients as well as recommend architectural features and enhancements to the existing and potential customers. - Provide 3rd level support to the Customer Care team for problem resolution and technical direction. - Develop account planning strategies to identify opportunities in targeted/key accounts. - Driving strategic plans into execution; manage solutions through design, development and work with the Account Executive to close opportunities into sales. - Through individual/team efforts and in partnership with the sales team, target new clients, consult with clients to plan, design, and implement complex cross-functional solutions. - Establish and own Pronet’s solution roadmap for several technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Barracuda, and VMware). - Represent Pronet at industry events and partner with Marketing team to secure opportunities for public speaking and authoring in order to evangelize our offered services and solutions. - Build and maintain relationships with partners and OEMs. - Conduct market planning with sales team to identify the best opportunity areas and accounts to target. - Maintain certifications necessary to enable Zones to resell the products and maintain the highest level of vendors' partnership.
Data & Info-Sec Pre-Sales Responsibilities include: - Align the business needs of customers and prospects to a technical solution, and present the solution to the customer in terms of business interest. - Provide technical support and consultation to account executives. - Assist in driving overall revenue and increase profitability from projects. - Design solutions for customers and document the scope of projects, detailing the work to be done and outlining both Pronet and customer responsibilities. - Deliver presentations to customers both in person and using tele-presence and other collaboration tools to increase customer understanding of the business benefits from our solutions. - Develop accurate bill of materials and pricing documents to meet the requirements of the project scope. - Assist account executives in presenting technology updates to existing customers. - Develop supporting documentation including network and configuration diagrams. - Build simulated networks in test labs to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues. - Perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex Network problems - Assist customer with related tools that support a customer in Network Management - Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies (Juniper, Fortinet, Barracuda, VMware, EMC, KasperSky & Ruckus) Voice Pre-Sales (SMB) Responsibilities include: - Set technical direction of customer on Avaya Telephony Services best practices and functional roles within customer engagements. - Act as a techno-commercial player in a team and provide support as the focal point for complex customer problems. - Generate voice network configurations from Low Level Design for SMB environments. - Plan and propose VoIP Upgrade and Migration activity for SMB market. - Write technical proposals for new projects supported by Avaya Telephony system in an effort to develop VoIP network design & architecture best practices for customer.
- Solutions Designing - Responsible for preparing and delivering all data and information security presentations focused around Pronet’s portfolio that includes: Fortinet, Juniper, Barracuda, Watchguard, VMware, EMC, KasperSky, Ruckus & Pulse secure. - Built VM and hardware based LAB for in-house R&D and testing of tricky scenarios and troubleshooting tricky customers’ deployment, furthermore this LAB is used to present a live demonstration to interested customers either on site or remotely on customer site. - Preparation of Proposals including Technical Designs, Write-ups Implementation and Support aspects (SLA) along with complete Documentation. - Liaise between Customer, Vendor, Sales & Technical sides and Meetings with Clients and Principals to address technical queries & provide technical support from Project Signing-in till Signing-off. - Responsible for hand-over training to customers. - Serve as the primary customer contact for technical issues & Provide Customers Services according SLA, along with Tier 1 & 2 support. - Requirement analysis and appropriate solution suggestion for customer.
