- Conducting field audits of various functional areas of the bank such as, Trade Finance, Credit Card Operations, Compliance Unit, Centralized Account Opening,Phone Banking,Service Quality,Centralized Clearing etc. - As part of Annual Audit Plan, conduct the branch audits and prepare final deliverables including Audit Report and Audit Rating. - Evaluate internal controls related to prevention and detection of fraud. Perform fraud investigations and provide findings, conclusions and recommendations to Management. - Identify deficiencies in processes and systems leading to actual/attempted fraudulent activities. - To assist in the planning of audit assignments, to conduct the audit efficiently and to address the major risks of the auditable activity. - Review of user related policies/procedures for improvement and signoff to ensure they provide for adequate and efficient internal controls. - Adequate knowledge to use audit automated system - Responsible for maintaining healthy work environment within the team and developing productive line of communication between the team members. - Conduct follow-up reviews in liaison with compliance segment to determine the adequacy and timeliness of the implementation of audit recommendations in the light of work performed.
