The outcome was a reduction of up to 30% in freight costs, reduction in order procurement by 1/3rd and an increase in visibility and control. 8. Consolidation of small orders to minimize the total cost; performed cost and saving analysis to increase profit margins by 15%- 25 % for each container imported.
