a) Preparation of Quotation for All Joinery Items like Frame, Doors, Wall Panel,Gypsum panelling, Wardrobes, Kitchen, Vanity Cabinets, Counters, Ceiling and etc. b) Preparation of Bill of Quantities & Bill of Materials c) Preparing enquires to sub-contractors for prices d) Coordinating with Main Contractors / Consultants / Clients for any clarifications
a) Arranging approvals from Clients for Samples of materials, Shop Drawings and etc b) Labours management to site and giving instruction for fixing of joinery items
a) Assisting Production & Planing Manager by monitoring the daily production records b) Preparation of part list (Cutting List) for the production of Frame, Doors, Wall Panel, Wardrobes, Kitchen, Ceiling and all other joinery items c) Calculating Bill of Materials
a) Taking all types of measurements to make part list b) Verifying actual B.O.Q from site c) Interacting with consultants / clients / main contractors
a) Planning the production schedule b) Preparing production cost at the end of every month c) Controlling the activities of the floor supervisor
