Keller Williams Realty, LLC · Jamia Millia Islamia
As Head of Consulting at Keller Williams Realty KSA, my current role spans real estate advisory, acquisitions, leasing, and commercial strategy across retail, mixed-use, and lifestyle-led destinations in Saudi Arabia. More recently, I have led and supported acquisition and leasing initiatives across lifestyle, F&B, community club, and destination-led concepts, working with malls, mixed-use developments, and prominent sites across key Saudi cities. Alongside this commercial mandate, I lead the consulting practice across development strategy, business intelligence, institutional partnerships, and growth strategy. My work sits at the intersection of real estate, strategy, investment, policy, and operational execution, supporting developers, investors, institutions, and leadership teams navigating complex and rapidly evolving markets. My experience cuts across urban development, real estate, infrastructure advisory, social development, mobility, public realm, and economic transformation. This has involved assessing development opportunities, market positioning, commercial and leasing strategies, stakeholder alignment, and the operating frameworks required to translate long-term ambitions into measurable and executable outcomes. A core part of my work focuses on understanding how market demand, user behaviour, commercial dynamics, institutional structures, and data-driven intelligence influence the performance of places and assets. I approach projects not as isolated real estate or strategy exercises, but as interconnected ecosystems where development strategy, investment, tenant mix, partnerships, operations, and user experience collectively determine long-term value. Over the years, I have worked with government entities, development authorities, private-sector organizations, developers, investors, and cross-functional leadership teams on initiatives involving strategic planning, policy alignment, development and commercial strategy, implementation frameworks, performance measurement, and multi-stakeholder coordination. My broader interest lies in helping organizations make structurally sound, context-aware, and commercially informed decisions, ensuring that strategies and developments are not only compelling on paper, but investable, operationally viable, market-responsive, and resilient over time.
