I currently have BBA degree in Marketing and. I truly have a passion to work in the airline industry. I have excellent knowledge of customer service, windows-based systems and Microsoft Applications day-to-day activities. I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic airport professional within the Aviation Industry. I have great organizational, communicating and process management skills that have enabled me to be very successful in a relative short period of time. I have worked my way up through various positions to give me a broad, robust knowledge of the aviation industry. My collaborative communication skills have been recognized and as a result I have been rewarded by numerous promotions. I have been accountable for project managements, and delivered successful, tangible results that have not only pleased my employer, but numerous key stakeholders at North America’s Region along with Amman and Abu Dhabi. Moreover, I have been nominated for the Line Trainer, Emergency Response Champion and Manual Check-in Champion for Etihad at ORD Airport, which includes the following • Train all the previous as well as new Ground Handling Agents for the CKIN, Ticketing System. • Prepare Presentation/Slide Shows. • Update Staff regarding process and procedures of the GRP/Ticketing related/DCS related • Made Etihad Guest presentation at HO and received award for the same. Also prepared Station Emergency Plan presentation for Chicago Station. • Enhance enrollments. • Part of Special Projects within the company such as Sabre, Marketing, Launching and Station Audits etc. • I was named the Star of the Month for the whole network in February 2019 for providing the best services. My passion, ambition and drive to be the best, has made me a well-respected aviation professional I feel that my work experience, combined with my training and education would make me a valuable asset.
