About

I’ve been a 4x CMO , a board member, and an advisor— I love helping people and companies achieve their next level of potential. Today, I’m a co-founder and Chief Community Officer for The B2B CMO project, a community for enterprise marketing leaders to help navigate the changing demands of our role. I also work as a CMO Executive in Residence at Scale Ventures, supporting founders and GTM leaders to execute sustainable growth through advisory. I spend my time helping teams figure out how to establish the systems to power growth—how to establish category leadership, build a brand people care about, create pipeline momentum, and build customer engagement across the entire journey. And now doing this all in an AI first way. I’m especially drawn to companies that want to lead their category, not just compete in it. That usually means getting really clear on positioning, making BOLD bets, and aligning product, marketing, and culture so it all works together. Over the years, I’ve helped scale companies through some pretty pivotal moments—taking Salesloft from $16M to $135M+ and a PE exit in 3 years, helping accelerate Drata’s leadership & insane growth in the GRC space, repositioning Alfresco for the modern CIO (and PE exit) and leading through more than a dozen M&A integrations at Salesloft, Jive, and Adobe. At the end of the day, I care about building teams that win, brands that matter, communities that care and companies that actually change the game.
