I am a driven Human Resources professional, currently serving in the position of Benefits Manager at Frank Beverage Group. I've worked in many different aspects of HR, which has given me the opportunity to build hands-on experience in a field that I am very passionate about. My main practice has been focused on recruiting, benefits, payroll, and LOAs. I am currently pursuing my SPHR designation. Testing is scheduled for December 2024. Administer employee benefits company-wide. Promote health and wellness initiatives. Oversee and administer all leave requests. Assist with Payroll functions.
Utilize online platforms and community organizations to source active and passive candidates. Use these resources to build an ongoing pipeline of candidates. Consistently improve our sourcing processes and outreach by using feedback and data analytics.
Perform projects and tasks related to sourcing, screening and the selection of external intern candidates. I had the opportunity to gain practical experiences on various Campus Recruiting functions and projects, as well as to develop a broad understanding of CUNA Mutual Group’s Human Resources organization.
Assisted first-year students in their transition to college. Teach a semester long introductory college course.
