Orthopedic & Sport Rehab (OSR) Physical Therapy was founded in 2002 and works to provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to patients in Phoenix, Peoria, Scottsdale, Gilbert and Glendale. As a Physical Therapy Technician I worked under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. I assisted clinical staff with pre/post patient room equipment and set-up. I provided exceptional patient care to 10-15 patients per day. I walked patients through their patient care plans and coached them through the performance of their exercises. I assured compliance with Federal/Medicare guidelines and company compliance policies. I cleaned and maintained all therapy/exercise equipment. I maintained relationships with patients throughout the course of their recovery.

I was responsible for educating home design professionals across the US and Canada of the Pro+ advertising program while tailoring sales pitch to fit each professional individually. I exceeded 75+ calls/day, 12-15 new weekly meetings set and monthly sales quota. I was responsible and managed 350+ accounts while also maintaining relationships with professionals throughout the on-boarding process of the local advertising program. I utilized the Salesforce database to accurately document my sales process. I adapted to change and new sales processes implemented in the start up environment.
