• Developed a web application plugin for DSS that explains predictions of machine learning models, used Python & JSON. The purpose is to ensure the models are predicting responsibly and based on correct factors. • Clustered users of the website Alation and analyzed their interactions to better inform training of the tool, used DSS. This analysis resulted in the ability to renegotiate license agreements for Alation after getting a clearer picture of the read-only and read/write users.
• Created an extensive oncology drug database in Excel and engineered a program in Python to analyze the factors that impact cancer drug success in the United States. • Enhanced drug sales forecasting by creating a formula that uses only clinical information from oncology drugs. The formula had an r2 value of .84 for lung cancer drugs and .93 for breast cancer drugs. • Beta-tested and supervised the development of an oncology forecasting asset repository website and trained other employees to use this knowledge management tool.
