As a Recruiter I am responsible for sourcing candidates for internal and external positions in our Akron and Beaverton offices. I work with hiring managers to determine what their needs are and find the absolute best fit for their open positions. I recruit for entry level positions up to management and work with a variety of industries - from Collections/Customer Service to Information Technology.
As a Supervisor over Staffing I was responsible for maintaining staffing needs for the Credit Department. I collaborated with leadership to discuss, recruit, interview and fill roles within our Collections, Authorizations and Customer Care departments. I completed several reports to detail Staffing Needs, Applicant Flow and Progress, and Current Staffing Numbers.
