I am a highly motivated and successful senior leader with over 20 years experience in health and social care in the UK. As an experienced Senior Manager I have a proven track record of leadership and transformational changes across Adult Social Services, delivering performance improvements and better outcomes for residents. As a Social Worker I am proud of what local Council services can deliver for their most vulnerable residents, and I recognise that we can achieve more by working in partnership: with our residents, local stakeholders, the community and voluntary sector and NHS services. Integration of health and social care has many challenges, but I am motivated by the aim to improve people’s lives by ensuring better care and support is available for people who need it.
