Owned knit top development for private label brand, managing core and fashion styles from concept to x-factory. Partners with design, merchant, and sourcing teams to work towards seasonal IMU goals while elevating product assortment. Serves as daily point of contact for vendors overseas. Previously supported production on dresses, skirts, woven tops, denim, jackets, and sweaters.
Selected to represent the Ohio State University to visitors, largely prospective students and their families as well as alumni, community leaders, and other groups. Led several tours of approximately fifteen people every week, working to provide a welcoming and positive campus visit experience and share everything Ohio State has to offer. Balanced this part-time work position with full-time school work successfully for 3+ years.
Planned and led weekly design meetings, presented workshops, and mentored student designers from conception to runway show in addition to creating a personal collection. Gave constructive feedback to creative teams at each step of the design process, culminating in an annual design show that raised thousands of dollars to benefit nonprofit Dress for Success.
Worked with a footwear startup to generate online marketing content and curate online brand presence. Was able to gain exposure to a startup company's supply chain, market positioning, and building a brand image from the ground up.
Wrote an award-winning analytics case study examining the success of a popular brand collaboration's theoretical transition to mass market through a unique KPI weighting matrix. Named a 2020 FSF scholar after judging against thousands of fashion students nationwide.
