Roanoke, Virginia, United States
As a native of Roanoke, I have a tremendous amount of gratitude towards my hometown and all it has provided me. My previous career experience includes over twenty years of active involvement in the local business community. I’m thankful that my entrepreneurial spirit, management skills, and expertise in customer service have made me a natural in the real estate industry. Prior to landing in real estate, I started and owned The Mojo Café, where I acquired a hard-earned appreciation for the dedication it takes to be a successful entrepreneur. Being a small business owner afforded me the unique opportunity to engage extensively with fellow members of the Roanoke Valley Community as well as those just passing through. After wrapping up my time with The Mojo Café, I stayed in the restaurant industry, managing Mill Mountain Coffee and Tea’s Downtown location. Here, I was able to fine-tune my management skills, and had the opportunity to continuously engage with community members, leaders, and visitors amid the wide array of activities that Downtown Roanoke offers. I worked at another local firm, Lawson Realty Group, leading the company for many years in leasing and sales. My time there was incredibly valuable, preparing me for a successful career with MRI Community Management and My personal time, often includes spending time with my son and my furry family, floating down a river in a kayak or on a paddleboard. I also enjoy travel, music, and enjoying the great outdoors of beautiful Virginia. My experiences, both professional and personal, have allowed me to build on the natural ability to communicate and connect with a broad scope of clients and customers. I'd love to help you list your home, find your dream home, hunt for investment properties to build your portfolio, manage your investment properties, or build your business.
