As a key member of the Global network security operations team, I lead a diverse group of 15 professionals, including both full-time employees and contractors, across Greater India and international regions. My role bridges operational leadership with deep technical expertise, ensuring seamless support for global and APAC network security infrastructures. I oversee and drive initiatives across a wide range of critical technologies, including: Perimeter and Cloud Firewalls Secure Web Gateways (Proxy Solutions) DNS Security VPN Infrastructure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Solutions My responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, optimizing security postures, coordinating with cross-functional global teams, and ensuring compliance with international standards. I play a pivotal role in incident response, change management, and continuous improvement of security operations to support business resilience and scalability.
