Organized and conduct audits regarding organic and sustainable standards and verify compliance of the operators (Farm, Processing, Trade, Input) with standards like Rain Forest Alliance, Castor SuCCESS, Bio Suisse, COR (Canada Organic Regime), GB (Organic Standards for Great Britain) , EU (European Organic Standard) USDA NOP (US- Organic Standard), NPOP (Indian Organic Standard), also qualified lead auditor in - ISO 9001:2015, SsA 8000, ISO 22000:2015.
Planned and implemented block-level agricultural and allied sector extension programs. Conducted farmer trainings, provided advisory support to farmers and farmer interest groups, coordinated partnerships with universities, research institutions, and government departments, and promoted adoption of new agricultural technologies at field level.
Managed LRT and PLRT hatchery operations with a 5-million capacity, supervised water quality, microalgae and live feed (Artemia) culture, led a team of 7 staff, and implemented SSOP, HACCP, and BMP systems.
