Carry out duties per the rules and responsibilities to implement the requirements of the stipulated guidelines base on Agent Oversight Framework guidelines issued by Bank Negara Malaysia and also the policies from the Principal Licensee IME (M) Sdn Bhd
Lead and manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system integration projects aligned with business objectives. Oversee network operations, firewall security, and SLA-based IT service packages for tenants.
Worked with more than 28 clients. Responsible for deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting of network and server solution products consisting of but not limited to: Network Solution: Cisco Switch, Router, Wireless Controller and Access Points HP Managed Switch Mikrotik Router Draytek Router FortiGate Firewall Server Solution: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS Microsoft Exchange Server Administrating Cloud Solution: Office 365 Azure VM Backup Planned and completed network infrastructure deployment projects in timely manner while working closely with other vendors. Responsible in performing periodic maintenance on client's network devices, mainly Cisco Switch and Wireless Controller and generate report. Troubleshoot network issues reported by clients and provide support to meet client's changing network requirements. Managed and resolved network related issues quickly including at odd hours and holidays to ensure minimal impact on client's business operations.
