About

Having retired from professional services in 2025, I now spend a considerable amount of time volunteering with several charities. I am in my 5th year supporting Surrey Search & Rescue (SurSAR), a charity dedicated to helping locate and reunite vulnerable, despondent and suicidal missing persons with their loved ones. Within SurSAR I am a search leader and an advanced medic (PHEM E / FREC4) and, as a team, we work in close collaboration with Surrey Police, Surrey Fire & Rescue, SECAMB and HM Coastguard. More recently I have taken on a Trustee / Treasurer role for The Samaritans and volunteer with SERVSL to transport blood products to hospitals / air ambulance airfields across London and Surrey. During my 25+ years at Deloitte as an equity partner, I held a number of leadership roles including CEO Deloitte Switzerland, Managing Partner: Risk Advisory and NS Europe leader: Cyber and Innovation. I was a member of the NS Europe Executive and, client side, was the global lead partner to Novartis (Switzerland), Anglo American (UK/RSA) and NEOM PIF (Saudi Arabia). My technical specialisms were governance, risk and compliance, specifically related to technology and cyber. I am a graduate from Warwick Business School (Master of Business Administration), Royal Holloway (MSc Computer Security) and Kingston (BA Economics) and I am a visiting lecturer on Warwick’s MBA program.
