• Senior Project Manager responsible for full life cycle of project, from project award, through to installation and final account. • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. • Full project responsibility from architectural / engineered design and construct from tender stage through to final accounts. • Contract management of projects liaising with architects, clients, engineering, design, and drafting. • Commercial responsibility for P & L, estimating, valued engineering and preparation of extra over scope costs and variations, managing progress claims through to final accounts. • Inclusive of programming, drafting contracts for sub-contractors, budget forecasting / rolling budgets / closing out final contract claims.
