* Manage books and records of multiple investment funds (including a Public Fund), complete quarter & year end closing processes & compile quarterly financial statements for investors. * Reconcile & resolve discrepancies, maintain investments and fixed assets roll forwards. * Assist the Director of Accounting in drafting annual financial statements, 10Q & 10K for SEC funds. * Compile & prepare audit schedules and documents requested by external auditors for 35+ funds during annual audit. * Compile data and prepare annual tax returns under guidance of Tax Manager. * Additional special projects assigned as by Director of Accounting & CFO. * Prepare management fee calculations, including offsetable amounts, management fee waiver contributions, investor allocations and capital account, capital call and distribution, deemed distribution calculations & dividends reinvested.
