Diversifying the Partner Sales Ecosystem
As a trusted advisor to VP and senior leadership in a 200-person organization, I operationalized strategic initiatives, optimized funnels, and enhanced business development activities. I managed a multi-million dollar annual budget and centralized operations to deliver performance enhancements. Through my hands-on management of 5-8 events quarterly, I introduced cutting-edge tools and innovative processes – resulting in significant performance improvements. In collaboration with the senior leadership team, I built a more inclusive team and strengthened corporate culture to develop, and retain top sellers by launching programs to fuel individuals growth and performance.
I was honored to lead the development of a comprehensive strategy, framework, and process flow to support a global Engineering Innovation Automation team. I partnered with stakeholders to standardize a go-to-market strategy that ensured CX Cloud predictive analytics tools were pre-offer ready. By collaborating with regional delivery automation leads, I drove this successful strategy across all engines globally. Using my expertise in HR, I spearheaded new program initiatives for a team of 220 members, including full cycle hiring processes, compliance requirement management, process improvement, staff training, and daily operations initiatives.
When I led this 20-person team, I empowered my staff to pursue advocacy efforts for people with developmental disabilities across 7 group homes. I also managed the entire recruitment process and designed training programs to onboard and train new and existing employees.
