Global Control Operations 1. Assessed firmwide governed policies/procedure manuals and implemented control checks within the scope of risk metrics under global management reporting. 2. Implemented process efficiencies across manual activities that were automated using excel and tech support. 3. Facilitated monthly risk meetings with senior risk leads on aged fails and breaks breaching value thresholds and ageing parameters, being the central point of contact for risk elevated items. 4. Volunteered for customer service skills trainings, social interactive and literature activities for CSR partners associated with the firm.
Role included field visits and secondary research for five micro-markets in Mumbai, attended 55 hours of training in areas of client focus and technical know-how during the Covid-19 lockdown
