• A performance-driven oil & gas professional and mechanical construction professional with more than 14 years of experience in offshore construction, skid packages for gas plants, Pressure vessels & process equipment construction, Industrial prime mover construction, API tank construction and construction of pipe line for desalination plant etc. • Deft at handling production operations involving resource planning, in-process inspection, team building and co-ordination with internal/ external departments with expertise in ERP systems • Experience in Planning, Project Controls & Cost Management, Sub-Contract Management, Auditing, Project Proposals, Project reporting to the Executive management level etc • Instrumental in planning day-to-day production related activities, schedules and allocating work for achieving monthly production targets • Track record of holding weekly production meetings, inventory monitoring meetings, addressing short falls, cycle time overages and resolving production requirements • An effective communicator, proactive planner & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities • In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and having knowledge of fabrication processes
• Interface with other departments on project related issues and project deliverables • Prepare functional description for control system programming • Organize and lead internal and customer kick-off meetings • Perform project goal and scope definition, capital cost, project planning, and scheduling. • Ensured client satisfaction by meeting all service level agreements and by controlling the quality of work done. • Current Projects: o PDO – Oman Project (Hydrocarbon Due Point Package & Condensate Stabilization Unit)
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineers, Job Estimators, Engineers of various disciplines etc. to acquire proper data and specifications for the schedule. • Generate detailed work plan, critical activities/path, planned/progress S-Curves, Budget Histogram/planned distribution tables, Resource Histogram/planned distribution tables etc. • Developing and implementing cost-effective alternatives and improvements to manufacturing procedures and processes. • In conjunction with Project and Senior Management, ensure that the activities of the workshop are co-ordinated so that contracts are completed within budget and within their agreed timeframe. • Plans and schedules projects, order job materials, review shop sketches for accuracy, ensure the progression of project activities, and forecast man-hours • Coordinate schedule from multiple sub-contractors / vendors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule. • Participate in rising of Change request / Change Order • Provide regular feedback and reporting (both informal and formal) to Senior Management on workshop performance and deliverables • Current Projects (Fabrication & Erection of API tanks): o API Tanks – L&T (Ad Dakhiliyah Water Transmission System Phase II-Oman)
• Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessment. • Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members. • Ensure spare parts and raw materials inventory.
