With over a decade of experience in ecosystem management, community development, and social entrepreneurship, I've had the privilege of working with diverse stakeholders to create positive impact. As the Founder, CEO & Director of Sukher Swarga Foundation, Safalya Academy School ( Sundarbans grassroot NGO /Sandeshkhali NGO) I've led initiatives that have: - Planted over 5 lakh mangroves, restoring vital ecosystems and supporting biodiversity. - Running a school on own . - Empowered thousands of school students through environmental awareness programs. - Fostered skill development, rural livelihoods, and women empowerment initiatives. - Improved health and education outcomes for marginalized communities.
