My responsibilities included: (i) Mapping the site and discussing requirements with the client to create functional layouts and designs. (ii) Developing dimension, furniture, electrical, lighting, false ceiling, plumbing and tiling layouts as per planning and design. (iii) Creating detailed hatched and labelled elevations of all the spaces as per the design and specifications. (iv) Creating technical details with supporting blow-ups for on-site execution. (v) Developing and rendering 3D models on Coohom. (vi) Suggesting and selecting the materials as per the concept and design. (vii) Communicating with the vendors for availability and transport of materials.
My roles as a 3D designer included: (i) Collaborating with the team members to understand the client's requirements. (ii) Creating 3D designs as per the requirements according to the provided furniture layout. (iii) Planning a genuine lighting layout to provide ample lighting in all the spaces based on the design. (iv) Selecting the right material as per the space and design. (v) Editing the rendered designs on Photoshop.
My responsibilities as an Interior Designer included: (i) Mapping the site and discussing requirements with the client to create functional layouts and designs. (v) Developing models on SketchUp and rendering them on Vray.
My tasks as an intern included: (i) Creating furniture, electrical and lighting layout as per the client's requirements. (ii) Generating, hatching and labelling elevations of the spaces as per the design and specifications. (iii) Estimating the quantity of wall finish materials required by measuring it using AutoCAD. (iv) Rendering the furniture layout on Adobe Photoshop to give it a 3D look. (v) Communicating with the vendors for availability and transport of materials. (vi) Finishing and preparing the site for photoshoot before handing it over to the client. (vii) Creating transmittal for delivering portfolios to the clients.
My area of work as an intern included: (i) Meeting with the clients and listing their requirements. (ii) Designing wardrobes and TV units for 5 rooms of a 4-storeyed residential building.
