Right now, I lead the technology team at Healios, a digital healthcare company supporting children and families with mental health and neurodevelopmental needs. I work across strategy and execution — helping our teams build a safe, tech-enabled clinical services company that delivers large-scale real-world clinical impact. I’m also the founder of Orlo, a gym management platform purpose-built for small, ambitious fitness studios and personal trainers. Orlo helps automate operations, personalise the training experience, and give gym owners the insights they need to grow. Across both roles, I care as much about how things get done as what and why it gets done. I’m driven by impact, fueled by collaboration, and committed to making work work for everyone.
I lead our cross-functional Product, Engineering, Design, and Insights teams to build scalable, user-centred digital products that deliver real-world impact in healthcare. My role spans strategy and execution — from defining product direction and shaping engineering systems, to fostering a high-trust, high-clarity environment where teams can thrive. I partner closely with our Heads of Engineering, Product & Design, and Insights to ensure we’re solving the right problems: balancing user needs, clinical safety, and business goals. I lead with clarity, calm, and collaboration. I believe great outcomes come from empowered teams, sustainable systems, and a shared sense of purpose — especially in complex, mission-led environments.
As Head of Product Engineering, I led our engineering and design teams in delivering user-centred digital health products—bridging product strategy with strong technical execution. I was responsible for shaping our development processes, architecture, and team culture—ensuring we built reliable, secure, and scalable systems while staying focused on what mattered most to users and the business. I worked closely with Product Design, Clinical, and Operational stakeholders to turn problems into well-scoped solutions and ideas into shipped features. I focused on enabling calm, sustainable delivery and building a team culture where engineers and designers could thrive.
As Engineering Manager, I was responsible for leading a team of software engineers building core features and infrastructure for our digital mental health platform. I focused on creating a calm, collaborative environment where engineers could do their best work—delivering quality software, learning continuously, and contributing meaningfully to the product. I worked closely with product and design to shape and scope work, supported engineers in technical and career growth, and helped improve our development processes, architecture, and delivery rhythm. This role gave me a foundation in cross-functional leadership, and taught me the value of clarity, empathy, and sustainable progress.
Orlo is a modern gym management platform built specifically for small, ambitious fitness studios and personal trainers. I created it to solve the real challenges I faced running my own gym — and now lead its evolution as a platform that helps other gyms automate operations, retain clients, and grow sustainably. As founder, I’m responsible for product, technology, and go-to-market: - Designing and building the platform (Rails 7, Turbo, Stimulus, Tailwind) - Leading user research, onboarding, and ongoing support - Defining growth strategy, positioning, and product direction - Shaping a brand and experience that reflects the energy of modern gyms A key part of my role is integrating AI to give gyms smarter insights — from understanding the motivation and progress of each of their clients, to optimising business operations, class schedules, and team performance. I’m building a platform that doesn’t just manage admin, but actively helps gym owners make better decisions and create more meaningful client experiences. Orlo is now live in English, Spanish, and Catalan, supporting independent gyms and trainers across multiple locations. My focus is on making Orlo feel like a teammate — fast, helpful, and built to empower.
I co-founded Halo to create a boutique training experience built on strength, connection, and care. Our vision was simple but powerful: small-group strength classes, high-quality coaching, and a welcoming space where people — especially women — could feel strong, supported, and seen. Over 80% of our clients were women. I led the design and delivery of our service experience — from branding and team development to class design and daily operations. Alongside this, I designed and built the custom gym management software that ran the business end-to-end: bookings, scheduling, class planning, trainer tools, performance tracking, and client communication. That system worked so well, other gyms started asking for it — and it became the foundation for Orlo, the gym software I now offer to independent studios and personal trainers. Halo gave me firsthand insight into the needs of modern gyms, which continues to shape how I design Orlo: with empathy, efficiency, and a deep respect for the people behind every small business.
I founded West London Coders to create an inclusive, hands-on meetup where developers of all levels could learn, build, and grow together. What began as a small experiment evolved into one of West London’s most active and welcoming tech communities — rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and peer learning. Each session brought people together in small groups to explore new tools and technologies — from frontend frameworks and mobile apps to APIs and experimental prototyping. I designed the format, hosted every event, and led a team of volunteers who co-facilitated projects, welcomed newcomers, and mentored others along the way. The community was proudly sponsored by YOOX Net-a-Porter, who hosted us in their Westfield offices and helped us keep every session free, friendly, and open to all. This experience deeply shaped how I think about building inclusive tech spaces — and still informs how I design products, lead teams, and foster collaboration today.
