Dr. Goebel is one of the founding directors of Perth Shoulder Clinic, Western Australia. Dr. Goebel is fellowship trained in all aspects of shoulder surgery including open and minimally-invasive techniques. Dr. Goebel has a special interest and wealth of experience in all-arthroscopic techniques for rotator cuff pathology, shoulder instability as well open reconstructions for instability and shoulder replacements. He is experienced in utilising computer-assisted surgical tools for shoulder replacements.
