I am a people-oriented professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and positive energy to collaboration. With business experience in Germany, the USA, and Russia, I have learned to navigate different perspectives and work effectively across cultures and teams. My professional journey began as a teacher of English and German - a role that shaped my passion for communication, understanding people, and helping others grow. Over the years, I have expanded my experience across different roles, including Online Marketing Manager, Associate Market Analytics, Customer Service Manager, and Executive Assistant. These diverse experiences have strengthened both my organisational and interpersonal skills and given me a broad understanding of business operations and customer needs. Today, I combine this background with strong project management skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a genuine interest in connecting people. What I enjoy most is acting as a bridge between teams, ideas, and different ways of thinking, fostering collaboration and helping communication flow smoothly. My training in systemic coaching has strengthened my ability to listen, understand dynamics, and support constructive, motivating cooperation.
