Sven was leading the RPA (robotic process automation) service offering at PwC. Sven was furthermore a driver of the Technology PPM (Project & Programme Management) practice, focussed on delivering large and complex application development projects. Furthermore, he performed digital strategy assignments and was a member of the mobility service line (with speciality in road charging). Sven also provided PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification trainings. Internally Sven was leading the senior recruitment.
In his role as a Manager, Sven has worked as an experienced project manager in the delivery of a large and complex business & digital application development project in the logistics sector [multi-year ; team of 25 people]. Next to that, Sven has performed project assurance and project management audit engagements as well. Sven furthermore performed interim management in support of the CIO (team of 400 people) in a +25.000 people organisation. Also leading the transformation of the organisation towards a DevOps / Agile structure. Sven advised a several clients on their IT / digital strategy, including DevOps & Agile initiatives. Sven also conducted several projects for the Flemish Government in the area of distance-based road charging / congestion charging and mobility strategy.
Sven has build up profound knowledge in the business & IT management domain, via a variety of projects. His main focus was on Project & Programme Management. Sven ran multiple Business Project Management Offices at a variety of clients (international firms in the payment industry and Flemish government). Sven was co-author of ISACA publications "Cobit 5 for Assurance" & "Cobit 5 for Risk" Sven was also co-author of the ISACA publications "Vendor Management" and "Configuration Management". Sven furthermore conducted a variety of projects around different mobility topics in Belgium, with a focus on road charging (private and public clients).
