Member of the Tessenderlo Group ICT Leadership team, focused on the PB Leiner Business Unit: • Align all levels of the organization around IT and OT priorities • Translate digital priorities in a multiyear roadmap and budget • Lead the project portfolio (e.g. ERP, CRM, BI, LIMS, OEE,…) • Integrate gelatine plants in the ICT landscape (e.g. application, hosting, network, security,…) • Follow-up sector technology trends (e.g. S4Hana, Cloud, IoT, Datalake,…) and look for optimizations in business and production processes (e.g. PLC – SCADA – MES – ERP integration, predictive analysis, advanced dashboards,...)
