Member of the local management team. - Responsible for all maintenance activities on the terminal. (planning; scheduling; maintenance engineering; compliancy legislation, …). - Cost control for all maintenance activities. ‐ Project Manager for all sustainable capex projects (eg. tankinspections and repairs). Extra activities: ‐ Change Manager Workgroup Maintenance & Repair Vopak Belgium. o Make a long term vision for M&R of Vopak Belgium (3 terminals) o Optimize process and organization for M&R of Vopak Belgium. o Create a transition plan from as-is organization to new organization. o Create the right KPI dashboard to follow up all M&R activities.
The Young Vopak Committee consisting of 6 board members, is responsible to organize several events for Young Vopak employees. The goals of events organized by the committee are to create a platform for knowledge sharing and to network within Vopak.
