    Designed, implemented, and operated a cloud-based Electronic Health Records system for school-located mass-immunization providers. The solution runs in the Microsoft Azure cloud and utilizes many of the Azure PaaS services, including App Services (formerly Web Apps), Application Insights, Key Vault, Storage, and SQL Database. The solution provides a UI for billers to enter data from patient forms and sends claims to medical insurance providers (including Medicaid). To comply with state reporting requirements, immunization data is sent to state immunization registries.
