With over 12 years of experience in this role, I have successfully established IU as a frontrunner in employing innovative learning models, such as lifelong learning modules (LLMs), to empower people with the most personalized education possible. My passion for learning and education stems from my academic background in neurobiology, philosophy, and physics, as well as my consulting experience at McKinsey & Company, where I helped clients across various sectors and regions with strategic and operational challenges.
