- Concept Design, Basic & Detail engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, Start-up, Corrective Engineering of new chemical production plants and Management of Change projects on existing process plants (MOC); - Process optimization, Troubleshooting & Energy Minimization
- Comprimo currently Jacobs Belgium. - a.o. assignments in Czech & Slowak republic, Taiwan & Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, 6 weeks). - Process design for oil refining, petrochemical, chemical & food industry, including Shell, Procter & Gamble, Westvaco, Sun Chemical, Thai Organic Company, Formosa Plastics Corporation, Praxair, BRC, … - Concept, Basic & Detail engineering of new chemical process plants (mainly for turn-key lump-sum projects) - Strong involvement in development of Comprimo technology for epichlorohydrin, methyl methacrylate and methyl acrylic acid. - Mass & heat balance simulation (Aspen Hysis / Pro-II / CHEMCAD) - Design and Thermal rating of Shell-and-tube heat exchangers (HTRI) - Material selection database development
