Euro - Experienced in material management and spares inventory - Manufacturing cost analysis, KPI and TCO. Generated savings of 10.5 Mio Euro for company Lidl in reducing the price for 3.500 bread cutters by helping the supplier to improve his manufacturing costs and the negotiation of overprized overhead calculations - >400 international shipped cargos total worth of >300 Mio.
