Leading the digital transformation of R&D from IT perspective, one of the top strategic initiatives on our digital transformation agenda; co-innovating with strategic software partners to establish a state-of-the-art IT platform; enabling digital R&D processes on a global scale, seamlessly integrated with up-stream marketing and down-stream supply chain processes; program objective is to design, build & establish a global Digital R&D platform on SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP & LabVantage; setup and execution based on scaled agile methodology (SAFE) – foundation for AI capabilities at scale.
Heading the Strategic Program Management Office (PMO) overseeing the entire digital project portfolio, driving frequent reviews of the single biggest digital initiatives at Henkel, ensure strategic alignment of digital initiatives with strategic transformation objectives, stakeholder alignment respecting the operating model at Henkel dx; facilitate successful project execution by driving frequent project reviews.
