Experiences and knowledge operations ⦁ Managing all processes and functions within multiple 3PL warehouse environments ⦁ Managing a team up to 130 employees ⦁ Monitoring operational targets, kpi’s&budgets such as packaging procurement ⦁ Maintaining high standards of materials handling according to SLA’s ⦁ Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled efficiently + set up cycle counts ⦁ Producing incident and performance reports for senior management ⦁ Monitor and control transport lead times People management ⦁ Leading, motivating, coaching, training and development of staff ⦁ Maintain good relations with the temp-office, set up weekly meetings ⦁ Scheduling work and fluctuations in staffing to run operation within budget target ⦁ Excellent organization and troubleshooting skills , eye for detail ⦁ Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and manage down accidents Account management ⦁ Assist in monthly business reviews with customers to address operational issues and optimize customer satisfaction ⦁ Be the first line of escalation for customer ops issues Project management ⦁ Coordinate and improve racking and storage set up ⦁ Coordinate and improve warehouse efficiency ⦁ Member of project teams ⦁ Implementing new projects (continuous improvement, customer startups, relocations) ⦁ Experience with projectmanagement and a LEAN approach ⦁ Experience with 5S ⦁ Set up periodical warehouse process audits (ISO) IT ⦁ Profound knowledge of MS excel , MS Word , MS Power Point ⦁ Profound knowledge of several WMS systems as a superuser ⦁ Knowledge of warehouse automation (conveyers, sorters, scanning, voice picking) Facility management Purchasing Prevention advisor ( entry level 3 )
