As TPM project leader I am responsible for supporting the organization in the evolution to WCM ( World Class Manufacturing ) and developing an optimal sustainability and involvement of all our employees trough TPM implementation. Taking care of the TPM masterplan and supporting all pillars and teams in achieving consistent results. Coaching and taking care of the development of all on-site employees around TPM tools and facilitating Kaizen methodology. Identifying major losses and offering solutions by making optimal use of the correct tools.
- World Class Manufacturing Program Management - Leading continuous improvement process and change management at the Antwerp plant - Managerial role in implementing WCM knowledge and lean solutions - Manage the routemap & collaboration of the 10 technical pillars in order to achieve succsesfull results in line with the priorities based on the plant needs - Guarding of the 10 managerial pillars to achieve an autonomous improvement culture - Prepares the pillarleaders and the organization to demonstrate the reached level in WCM at the planned WCM audits - Facilitator, energized by giving training, workshops.
